Admiration and appreciation begins with customization and individualization – from our onboarding process that includes multiple interviews with your loved one, family and friends, to our ongoing curiosity, we get to know our residents and their likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests on an individual basis. We take a holistic approach in how we provide care that revolves around our specific residents. We customize their food choices, their room décor, the activities we provide, and we even create a personalized play list of music to keep them in good spirits.

so we make sure you always know how
they’re doing. We provide daily email service,
a Skype room to keep in touch when you can’t visit in person. We also use social media sites so you can check in on and see what we’re up to. We provide specific monthly reports to family members so you’ll always know how they’re doing. And, we listen!
